Upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty; relatively advanced skin laxity related to combination of sun damage and changes associated with ageing, leading to significant lateral hooding for the upper eyelid, festoons of orbicularis muscle distorting the lower eyelid. The surgical intervention involved removal of skin excess from the upper eyelid, and for the lower eyelid tightening of the lower eyelid structures, re-draping of some of the lower eyelid fatty tissue for a better contoured lid-cheek junction, and slight elevation of the cheek tissues both for support to the lower eyelid and improve the appearance. The right eyebrow also shows changes related to the brow lift with improved position primarily in the outer segment.

Upper and lower eyelid surgery combined with endoscopic brow lift. Advanced sun damage creates a more profound impression of ageing of the skin in the area, with severe hooding of the upper eyelid, and deep and coarse lower eyelid and crows feet lines. The lower eyelid support is weakened, with lower eyelid malposition, and visibility of the conjunctiva below the lower border of the iris. The surgery involved removal of the upper eyelid skin excess combined with slight elevation of the eyebrow. For the lower eyelid, Brown tightening and elevation of the lid structures and support, conservative skin removal and lift off the cheek tissues SOOF lift) for support and to improve the appearance of the lid-cheek junction.

Combination of upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery. The upper eyelid demonstrates a degree of volume excess and skin laxity with hooding over the lashes. The lower eyelid shows moderate volume excess (lower eyelid bags) and in the inner half more pronounced visibility of the tear trough. The surgery involved for the upper eyelid blepharoplasty removal of some of the skin excess to create a relatively even upper eyelid show, and for the lower eyelid reduction of the volume excess and partial redraping of the fatty tissue from the eyelid bags over the tear trough to improve the appearance of the lid-cheek junction. Conservatives can reduction and mild lift of the cheek tissues.
