Question

I am considering a rhinoplasty because my nose has been a challenge in my life and I know getting a rhinoplasty would change my life that is if i'm happy with the result.

I'm african and my first question is how good are you with ethnic rhinoplasty as I still want to keep my identity.

My second question is how do I overcome my fear as I do not want to tell family members because they would discourage me, but they all have nice noses and don't understand what I'm going through and they tease me often bout my nose with no harm intended but it hurts me...

My third question is can you tell if something might go wrong during the surgery, do you do enough health checks first?

My last question is do you have provisions for installmental payment?

Answer

Most of the ethnic rhinoplasty procedures that I do tend to involve rib cartilage grafting for increased support to the tip of the nose and projection of the bridge of the nose, or reduction of the width of the nostrils, or a combination of the two.

With regards to the risks, please read the information available on the website at: www.allaboutcosmeticsurgery.co.uk/rhinoplasty/risks

I am afraid that for the time being I do not have an option for payment instalments for the procedure.
