Question

I had rhinoplasty rougly three years ago, to say I was not happy with the outcome would be a large understatement.

The surgeon in question did not do anything we talked about in the consultation, he has left me with bumps and humps on the bridge and also far from straight, that I can live with but the thing I am very concerned about and dream of having done is the tip, it is so bulbous.

I found your website and was really impressed, I was wondering if i could come for a consultation with you, so I could get your opinion on my options.

I would of course be happy to see you consultation and try to elaborate on a computer simulation what it is that you would like to achieve.

It would be useful to have some information regarding what was done during your first operation, in particular to identify whether central septal cartilage was harvested for grafting, or whether it is still available.

Without any doubt the results of surgery are always somewhat different from the computer simulation, but it is important to define with accuracy the plan for change and the means necessary to achieve it.
