I have a small bit of fat under a slight hollow in my lower eyes.

Would a skin pinch help?

Answer

From what you describe, it sounds to me like a trans-conjunctival blepharoplasty may be more suitable. If there is skin excess, this can be combined with a skin pinch.

I would be happy to see in consultation to see exactly what the problem is and elaborate on this.
