I have gynecomastia and a glander sticking out. Any suggestion?

Question

I have gynocomastia, and I had liposuction 2 weeks ago in Poland.

Actually, I did not had much fat, but I felt glander only ( hard tissue).

I can see there is the same problem, glander witch is sticking out.

Do you have any suggestion to me?

Answer

It seems that an additional procedure may be necessary in order to directly remove some of the glandular tissue. This can be achieved with an incision placed within or around the areola. Occasionally it can be performed under a local anaesthetic.
