Question

I want to make my face thinner, smaller and to remove all the fat.

Answer

It is not possible to remove all the fatty tissue from the face, and indeed the face would not look right without some fatty tissue.

If you wish to evaluate in a consultation in the target for your surgery as well as discuss the limits of surgery, I would suggest using 3-D imaging and simulation.
