I'm a 19 year old, healthy male worried about the way my chest/nipples look. I think I'm correct in thinking I have a less severe case of gynecomastia because no matter how hard I work in the GYM or control my diet, my protruding nipples never change their "feminine" appearance and are slightly uneven. It would be truly life changing having a procedure to remove the glandular tissue and maybe liposuction as well.
I look forward to hearing from you and for a consultation with a price for the procedure.
Generally, liposuction is suitable for situations where there is softer tissue, predominantly fatty tissue in the breast area, and less valuable when the tissue excess is predominantly firm breast gland.
In these situations, open correction is the typical operation. However, from what you describe the extent of the scar that would be necessary is limited to a half-circle scar within the confines of the areola.
If the volume excess is strictly behind the nipple, the procedure can also be carried out under a local anaesthetic.
