My nose is so big and fat and ugly make it go away!
Typically, at the time of the consultation it is possible for you to design a lot of the characteristics that you would like to see in the shape and size of your nose. This can be done either on standard photographs or in 3-D, and although the outcome doesn't match it perfectly, the resemblance tends to be close.
Although traditionally, the characteristics of the nasal tip skin have represented a significant limitation to the amount of change that can be operated, it is possible to expand the scope of this surgery, and provide more options to patients contemplating rhinoplasty.
