What is the youngest age you think it is safe to do a nose job, on a girl?
The point is not really about the age at which it is safe to do a rhinoplasty, but rather the age at which it becomes more likely to be a successful outcome in terms of aesthetic balance of the face and long-term patient satisfaction.
In the late teenage years the face undergoes significant changes, and planning the rhinoplasty procedure takes into account the context and the interaction between the facial shape and the nose shape and proportions.
For this reason, I opt to carry out rhinoplasty surgery after the age of 18.
