Do you perform septorhinoplasty because can breathe 80/20% through nostrils. My nose is crooked from quite high up. My intention is for a straight nose.
Straightening the nose should solve both anyway? The bone has been pushed inside on one side of the nostril other nostril clear inside, this break happened over 10 years ago due to an accident
I do indeed carry out septorhinoplasty interventions, which are the most common approach to post traumatic nose reshaping.
In some instances, straightening the septum is the only change needed for significant improvement in breathing, and in other instances further work on the inferior turbinates may be needed for the breathing to be truly comfortable.
