Do you perform septorhinoplasty and is this surgery more complex / difficult than a normal rhinoplasty?
Traditionally, the term septorhinoplasty has been associated with septal intervention as opposed to a "simple rhinoplasty" for more superficial changes.
Most modern rhinoplasty techniques involve an intervention on the nasal septum either to improve its alignment or to obtain cartilage for graft material, so technically most procedures in these days would be more suitably called septorhinoplasty along the old concepts.
I tend to call most interventions rhinoplasty, but they systematically involve intervention on the nasal septum.
