I am a 20 year old male caucasian, with a boxy tip and thick skin. I am looking for refinement of the tip.

Do you have much successful outcomes with such patients?

Answer

The points that you describe are relatively common elements of reduction rhinoplasty surgery for all ethnic groups, and this an area that I would be happy to assist with.
