Question

I have abused cocaine when I was younger and hit my nose hard 2 months ago, I now have what I think in internal valve collapse, can you repair this an is it done with spreader grafts?

Answer

Damage to the nasal cartilages that support the nose can be extensive in the context of cocaine abuse, it wouldn't be possible to guide you about treatment without a consultation.

In a significant number of cases, more extensive restoration of the framework of support of the nose, often using cartilage graft from the rib, the nasal shape and breathing through the nose.
