I have had otoplasty once before and want a revision. I just want the tops of the ears closer to my head basically, so that ideally the tops is no further out than the middle. If anything I want it to be over corrected because I do not want to have another revision.
It is possible to change the prominence of the upper part of the ears alone, but to some extent it would be important to understand the degree of change that you wish to achieve in order to give you guidance.
