Since I was little girl I have noticed really deep dimples on both buttocks, the dimples are noticeable in most clothing.
Would fat transfer help, if not what should I be considering?
In principle, it should be possible to improve the contour of the gluteal regions using fat transfer. Sometimes, these dimples are associated also with fibrous tissue that holds the skin tighter against the surface of the muscles, and makes it more difficult to smooth the contour of the area. Releasing the fibrous tissue is possible, but overall it may become necessary to use two operations for the optimum result.
It is possible to evaluate somewhat better in consultation and therefore give a more targeted answer.
