Question

I have quite a big bridge on my nose and it is really really bothering me. It's such a weird shape, but I am only 15.

Is there anything you could possibly do to reduce the size at this age?

Answer

I typically carry out this type of surgery only after the age of 18.

The only more significant masking procedure that you can do in the interim would be to use injectable fillers to build a little bit the prominence of the nasal tip and possibly above the level of the bridge of the nose at the junction between the eyebrows and and the very top of the bridge. This creates the impression that the nose has straighter contour, but inevitably it makes the nose slightly bigger overall.
