Question

I have two smallish fatty pads (about 12 mm round) either side and just above my upper lip on inside of nasolabial folds. I have asked local cosmetic practitioners for a solution to no avail and wonder if this is an area that you could look at.

Answer

I am not sure whether I visualise it correctly, but it may be suitable for buccal fat reduction. In some instances, the lower part of the nasolabial fold is also suitable for liposuction.

Sometimes, the volume excess is just a reflection of prominence of the muscles under the skin, and would not be suitable for treatment.
