I have been looking through the website and seems although I just need a nasal bridge reduction.

Answer

In general terms, I take the approach of planning the surgery using computer imaging and stimulation so that patients can help me define the various components of the change they want to see.

Sometimes, after adjustment to the shape of the bridge, on the stimulation, it becomes obvious that some changes in the tip of the nose may also be beneficial to produce a harmonious result. In other instances, a simple reduction in the bridge of the nose and resetting the nasal bones would be sufficient.
