Question

I need a nose job.

I also need procedure to remove layers of fat around my waist and "back". Lost a few stone weight and look "horrible".

Do the operation scars remain and can I have both procedures done at the same time?

Am 69 but pretty fit-spinning classes - 4 times a week; weight training with a trainer twice a week.

Walk at least a mile every day and jog 5 km once a week.

Your thickness levels are very good and suggest that you would be able to have the surgery with low risk levels. Depending on the degree of change anticipated around the waistline and back, it seems unsuitable to combine it with nose reshaping surgery. This is because the operation around the waistline and the back involves lying on the front for a while, and if this is not combining well with surgery on the nose.
