I want the tip of my nose reduced, can this be done by closed nasal surgery or will it be open? Which is the best option?
I think every surgeon that has experience in rhinoplasty also has a degree of bias regarding the most appropriate technique for reshaping the nose.
I cannot say that this would be the better approach, but in my practice I favour the open technique, as I feel it gives me more control of the nasal tip contours.
