Question

I want to reduce my nostril size, as they flare a lot when I smile.

I was wondering what procedure would be used?

I don't any other place of my nose to be touched and I want it to look as natal as possible without anyone noticing I had a nose job. I am Afro-Caribbean.

Answer

Depending on the degree of change that you seek, the technique can involve either removal of some tissue at the base of the nostril, or permanent sutures that narrow slightly that with of the nostrils and decrease their tendency to flare when smiling.
