I'm originally Nigerian and desperately want a nose job (rhinoplasty) done. My only fear is it will end up looking worse off after spending a lot of money.

My nostrils are a very peculiar bunny shape and I'm worried it would affect the quality of any work done. I'm really interested in you becoming my surgeon you have brilliant reviews. Do you have finance options available?

Answer

In general, the shape of the nostrils that you are describing can be helped using cartilage grafts also placed close to the nostril rim to change their shape. In most instances, I tend to use rib cartilage grafts for ethnic rhinoplasty interventions.

I am afraid that for the time being we don't have an option for financing the treatment costs.
