Is it possible to have buccal fat removal while pregnant?
There are many reasons why my answer would be categorically no.
Amongst others, during pregnancy, volume increases are related to both water retention and weight gain, and they both lead to distortion of the facial features.
The more sensible approach would be to wait until you have lost some of the pregnancy weight before deciding. It is possible then to use computer simulation in 3-D to evaluate your targets for facial sculpting and decide on the most appropriate treatment plan.
