Question

I have just had an injection for tear trough. Unfortunately I've seen no difference at all.

I don't have bags under my eyes but deep hollow between my eyes and upper cheeks.

Is there any surgical solution for my tear trough?

Answer

Apart from the nonsurgical options, the surgical interventions for increasing the volume in the tear trough include fat transfer and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with repositioning of the cheek tissues.

In terms of the colour, this would not necessarily be improved by either surgical intervention.

I would be happy to see me in consultation and advised regarding the alternatives.
