I've damaged my nose (drug abuse) and need to fix a small hole in my septum. Also I believe that my lateral cartilage need repair. Is it possible?
Repair of small septal perforations is possible, and although it does not have 100% success rate, the chance of correction is relatively good.
In many instances, the septal perforation is associated with a degree of weakness of the framework of support of the nose that may also need to be reinforced. This can be evaluated better in a consultation.
I think the first step would be to have an assessment and a discussion regarding feasibility, and then I can better advise you regarding possible treatment costs.
