Question

My nose pulls down when I smile. Are you able to correct that?

I am also diabetic. Will you still be able to operate ?

Answer

Diabetes is not a contraindication a rhinoplasty, but requires more attention in terms of the risks of infection.

It is possible to correct the tendency of the tip of the nose to pull down during smiling, although in some instances it is more the strong upward movement of the nostrils and upper lip that create this impression.
