Your questions answered by our surgeon, Lucian Ion, FRCS(Plast)

I had a septoplasty however my nose has not improved in terms of function and the appearance has become worse.
I would like a rhinoplasty with you to possibly fix both problems.
When I come for my consultation with you, do you require notes from my previous surgeon about what he did to my nose?
In addition should I go back to see my surgeon who did my septoplasty before I see you, as I have not seen him since my septoplasty surgery day?
Knowledge of what was carried out during your operation is very important for planning a possible revision rhinoplasty.
I would encourage you to discuss with your surgeon, and if you can have a copy of the operation note it would indeed be helpful.
