Question

I am nearly years old with 4 young children. Breast feeding has resulting in my breast shrinking and drooping. This is a real issue for me as I have lost so much confidence.

My upper eyelids are saggy, again this makes me feel ugly.

Could you please suggest treatments that would make me feel better within myself?

Answer

For the upper eyelid, the treatment options include botulinum toxin which can elevate the position of the lateral row on a temporary basis, as well as upper eyelid blepharoplasty, which typically involves removing some of the skin excess of the lid.

With regards to the breast reshaping, it depends very much on the volume of breast tissue still present, the elasticity of the breast and skin, as well as your desired final volume for the breast.

The alternatives include breast augmentation, breast uplift, or a combination of breast uplift and augmentation.
