I am interested in finding out more about malar augmentation and whether or not I may be a suitable candidate.
I have since for some time been quite self-conscious about the appearance and definition of my face, which I believe is partially due to my having very sunken cheekbones.
I am now 21 years old, I should point that 2 years ago I had undertook Orthognathic surgery to correct a underbite that I also had, which was a complete success.
Any assistance or advise would be greatly appreciated.
Malar augmentation is distinctly an option to complement the treatment that you have undergone already.
In relation to facial sculpting, my approach is to use 3-D imaging during the consultation in order to establish the areas for change, as well as the extent of the change (for instance implant projection), detail the elements of asymmetry that can be improved and those that cannot, and elaborate on the alternatives, and associated risks and recovery sequence.
