Can anything be done with my dark, tired, saggy, baggy lower eye contour, as it is painful to see me in the mirror, if so, what kind of procedure?

Lower eyelid blepharoplasty is the typical intervention for improvement of the appearance of the lower eyelids. Depending on the characteristics of the problem, and the degree of correction requested, nonsurgical treatment using injectable fillers or surgical treatment using fat transfer may represent options.
