Could you tell me if there are any risks to the patients eyes if he has a lower face and neck lift? I have a great fear of loosing my sight.

Answer

I have never come across a report related to damage to the eyesight in relation to facelift and neck lift surgery.

Damage to the eyesight has been reported in extremely rare cases in association with eyelid surgery rather than facelift.
