Do you perform a pre-jowl implant?

Answer

I have not yet found a suitable candidate for a pre-jowl implant, as in the majority of instances where contouring is necessary in that area, fat transfer seems to be a more elegant solution.

I would suggest a consultation using 3-D imaging and simulation, in order to characterise the degree of change required.

If a pre-jowl implant appears to be the best answer, I would be happy to do it, as there is a lot of similarity between chin implant and pre-jowl implant treatment.
