Question

I am booked to have 390 extra high profile implants. The surgeon said if I have these, my boobs will be perky. What dose he mean by this, he said it would be ok to have 360 high profile implants.

Answer

Depending on the characteristics of the chest and the breast, extra high profile implants can sometimes look artificial. The difference between the high profile and extra high-profile implants is often related to the size of the breast implant base, the amount of projection and with some manufacturers the consistency of the silicone gel.

I think most of the time surgeons advise regarding what they believe would be the most natural contour of the breast, and you should have perhaps a further meeting with your surgeon to elaborate on the treatment plan and expected outcome.
