I am interested in a chin reduction. I have a large amount of fatty tissue located on my chin and was wondering if that is removable to achieve a smaller chin without having to shave the bone?
Although the soft tissue volume of the chin can be a significant contribution to the shape and excess projection, the surgery is not well tailored to address it. This is because a significant part of the soft tissue falling is represented by muscle, and reducing it increases the possibility of asymmetric and somewhat peculiar movements of the chin point.
