I am interested in cervicoplasty, abdominoplasty and liposuction.
As a rule, I would prefer to separate facial surgery from body contouring in order to provide a safe recovery from the intervention.
Abdominoplasty and liposuction, in particular after weight loss are associated with a higher risk of deep vein thrombosis, and may benefit from blood thinning medication. This however increases significantly the risk of bleeding around the face and is not recommended in association with facial surgery.
In addition, depending on the degree of change anticipated for the cervicoplasty (neck lift) the total time of surgery for the 3 procedures would also be relatively long.
