I believe I need malar facial implants as it seems undeveloped and I have the classic problems that you stated with early lines and downward slant to the eye lids.

Would it be possible to send you some photos for your expert opinion?

Your description suggests that you are correct in the thinking and planning of the treatment. With regards to suitable information and decision making, I do prefer to use 3-D imaging and simulation at the time of the consultation to determine the shape and approximate size of the implants that would be most suitable for your situation.
