Question

I have a Boxcar scar quite in the middle of my nose,the diameter being 3mm and a little deep, like a small crater.

What would be the best surgical process for such a scar?

Answer

I would be in a better position to answer the question after direct examination.

Some of the treatments that can assist with the shape and size of scar which you have described include scar subscision, filler injections, fat transfer, resurfacing interventions, direct excision.
