Question

I have strong ridges on my brow and wanted to know could they be chiselled down with scars through the eyebrows as I have residing hairline.

Answer

In general terms, the procedure you describe with scars just above the eyebrows is targeting a lift of the eyebrows. As a secondary effect, it may lead to a degree of improvement in the forehead lines.

For a receding hairline, there is the option of a hairline advancement forehead lift, and there are some limitations related to the characteristics of the hairline.

Finally, wrinkle relaxing injections represent an alternative, with improvement in the appearance of the lines.
