I had my first breast enlargement about 5 years ago, going from a B to a D cup.
I would like to go to an F but am slightly worried as I am petite build size 8, is this possible?
Although it is fair to say that for breast augmentation the cup size readings are somewhat different than for natural breasts because of the difference in projection, the larger the cup size the more artificial the look.
There are also some considerations regarding the width of the breast, tension rippling and possible shoulder pain with bigger implants, all of which you would need to discuss in a formal consultation.
The final comment is that because of the relative nature of the cup size (chest circumference versus chest and breast circumference) it is not possible to predict accurately the cup size at the time of a consultation, even if it is possible to use larger implants.
