I'm 23 years old and extremely conscious about my chin. It is slightly asymmetric and I feel it emphasises the size. Is it possible to have it evened to make it balanced?
A slight asymmetry of the chin, as well as a degree of asymmetry of every other part of the face and body is universal, and corrective surgery can only improve one symmetry but cannot make it perfect.
It would be possible to analyse using 3-D imaging and simulation the characteristics of the asymmetry of the chin as part of the general facial asymmetries, and that would allow me to guide you regarding options to improve both the symmetry and balance with the rest of the facial features.
