I have already had a small procedure on my nose to narrow the nostrils. A wedge incision was removed from inside my nose, however, two years on and I am still very unhappy with the width and size of my nostrils.
Is there any other procedure you could recommend? I have looked at your before and after pictures and have seen a couple of noses that you have preformed on and they look significantly narrower (without being pinched). I would really appreciate your advice on this.
Some of the outcomes that you refer to are also related to a slight rotation and reshaping of the nostrils. In addition, it is possible to change the appearance by adding structural support to the nostrils room, in the form of cartilage graft.
Finally, there are situations where people have a natural tendency to flaring their nostrils when breathing, which can be sometimes improved by using botulinum toxin injections.
At the time of the consultation it is possible to evaluate these aspects in more detail and provide targeted guidance. This is typically also the result of an evaluation using computer imaging of the type and extent of change that you would like to achieve.
