I would like to have a facelift and cheek augmentation as my face is long and shapeless now.
I also have sun damage and lines around my top lip.
From your description, the cheek augmentation could be carried out either with fat transfer, or using cheek implants. To some extent, it depends on the degree of change that you seek.
One of the potential advantages of fat transfer is that it also helps the skin texture, and seems to reduce some of the effects of sun damage in the treated areas. If stronger correction is required, cheek implants in combination with fat transfer can produce a natural effect both when relaxed and smiling.
With regards to the upper lip lines, the treatments include resurfacing using either laser treatment, chemical peel, dermabrasion, Dermaroller Mesotherapy, or filler injections.
None of the treatments can achieve complete correction of the lines without creating secondary problems, and therefore improvement rather than elimination of the problem would be the target.
