Question

I am now 50 and don't look too haggard. However, I have dark hollows beneath my eyes, I have botox, but would really like fat transfer, especially to my eye area.

Answer

I would be happy to see you in consultation and evaluate the potential benefits of fat transfer surgery in your case.

In general terms, I avoid placing the fat transfer purely in the circles under the eyes, as would be suitable with fillers, and address more generally the cheekbone area as well as the circles under the eyes. This tends to insure a softer and more natural appearance.
